Boston Building & Bridge Corp. has been awarded the contract to build a new, multi-building municipal complex for the Town of Mansfield. The buildings will be built at 500 East Street, approximately where the existing highway garage facility now stands.

The project will be constructed in two phases over 32 months.  The DPW Facility will be constructed in Phase 1 and upon its completion the existing DPW Garage will be demolished, making way for the site of the new Police and Fire Rescue headquarters. On November 19th of 2016 a groundbreaking ceremony was held to kick off the project, attended by multiple town officials and the Honorable James Timilty, Senator, who made opening remarks.
